    Sharp shows off an NBC widget that runs on its Aquous Net, which currently doesn’t use the Intel-Yahoo Widget Channel.

  • Widget Set-top Boxes With Intel Inside

    At the same time the Widget Channel was announced last fall, Intel also debuted the Media Processor CE 3100 to run Internet TV apps. At its booth, Intel showcases hardware using the processor from Toshiba and Gigabyte.

    Also at Intel’s booth, Samsung showed off a Media Processor CE 3100 device that not only adds widgets to your set, but also can record programming from three HD tuners.
