by helping this i service all the parts of HP Laserjet 1300 printer. I really appreciate this site. i am facing the problem that after installation the printer detect in usb and load the driver successfully, but did not take the test page or from windows. please help me in this matter. when i powered on the printer after two minutes its motor stops. please mail me at shahidbhatti40@hotmail.com

If you want to do more you should by the more expensive unit which is cheaper per page to print with. Basically the 1300 was never designed to be a High Volume Printer so it doesn't have the Paper Handling or Toner Storage Capacity that a High Volume Printer would have. The Drum also has a shorter life.

Also to keep the cost of the unit down the Paper Storage Drawers are smaller as they cost less to make. If you want bigger things you should buy the right printer for your needs and one designed to do heaver work. These have more storage for Paper and Toner to do more copies per refill at a cheaper per page cost.

I have a fairly decent Printer device here which has a 6,000 Sheet Bulk Feeder Bin and it also prints at 35 PPM in Monochrome. The overall cost for B&W Prints is around 1/3 of a cent per page + the paper.

Units designed to do less work cost more per page to print with.
