First impressions of the Google Nexus S 4G

    \n\tGoogle’s pure Android phone designed for the developer and person who wants the latest and greatest Android OS first should consider the Nexus S 4G. The specs are the same as the Samsung Nexus S with a 4G WiMAX radio on Sprint.

  • Samsung Nexus S 4G retail box

    \n\tThe Google Nexus S 4G comes in the traditional solid white box with primary color highlights. There is a glossy image of the device on the front with simple design details on the box.

  • Nexus S 4G box contents

    \n\tThe retail box includes the Nexus S 4G, battery, USB cable, wired stereo headset, A/C adapter, and some pamphlets.

  • Cables and headset

    \n\tYou can see the primary color scheme in the box with the essential cables and a headset.

  • Nexus S 4G in hand

    \n\tThe Nexus S 4G fits well in my hand and has the same design as the existing T-Mobile version of the device.

  • Back of the Nexus S 4G

    \n\tThe back houses a 5 megapixel camera, flash, and speaker opening. It is high gloss plastic, which is what Samsung usually uses.

    \n\tA 5 megapixel camera with support for 720p recording is found on the upper part of the back.

    \n\tThere is a small volume button on the left side, which is where I prefer to have it on my devices.
