Gallery: Adobe Photoshop 3 comes alive

Regarding the prices of Adobes products, it is a mess that they did not offer an update to Vista.

I have Vista Ultimate 32-Bit Version running on my machine and also Photoshop CS2 installed - running in compatibility mode for Windows XPSP2 - for the behalfs of our company it is o.k, but in general this can't be the general treatment of a company like Adobe towards their customers.

I suppose this is only a reaction to Microsofts possible of the feature "Save as PDF or XPS" - tell me, if I'm wrong.

Adobe's not supporting Vista with any of its software that was available for purchase before Vista was launched on January 30 this year AND are not providing any upgrades (except for Acrobat and Reader) either (http://www.adobe.com/support/products/pdfs/adobe_products_and_windows_vista.pdf). If you want your Adobe creative product to play nice with Vista, you gotta buy the newest releases. Of course, if you're like a lot of people, you aren't ready to move to Vistaland anyway. I had to when my XP laptop bit the dust (I bought retail). Losing my good ol' Photoshop 7 (yeah, I know that's an oldie, but a goody) was a heartbreaker....

It's NOT Photoshop3 it's Photoshop CS3.
Nice but upgrade priced at $199 is too much for me. I'll stay with CS2 as long as I can.
