I agree and actually love these little "time waster" articles, they break up the day when I have time to go through them and if I don't, I just come back later. Yeah, they're not all winners, but so what?
I hate when people read them and. every. single. time. complain about it. People come on here and try to convince us of how important their time is by saying how much of it they wasted reading an article.

Yes, belvedere64, you got that I was using sarcasm to try and head off all the people who spend time reading the lighter articles and then complain that their time was wasted. I quite enjoy the "Frivolous Friday" articles (as I call them) and read them if I have the time. If I don't have time, I don't read them. But I would certainly never complain that someone ELSE wasted my time. I am firmly in command of my own time and if it gets wasted I understand that it is *I* who have wasted it!

Apparantly, those who were supposed to pick up on your humor got it and those who didn't, well, they'll always find something to complain about even if they don't know what it is.
