HP Compaq 6000 Pro All-in-one Business PC - Cooling tubes run over metal frame

Unfortunately, the HP Compaq 6000 Pro All-in-one Business PC's cooling tubes run over the metal frame I'm trying to remove. I'll need to remove the tubes before lifting off the metal frame.

Four screws hold the cooling tube assembly to the CPU.
