Internet Explorer 9: A first look at the beta

as part of my windows updates I was offered IE9 on my Vista laptop. I went ahead and it crashes every time I try to use a web site. I have tried to reload IE8 but it won't do this as I am told there is a later version of IE - yes one that is completely useless. All I want to know is how to uninstall but does not appear in that list of programmes - any suggestions?

Installed this once again (Tried twice) but it still would not work and had to resort to the Restore facility. No mention of IE8 in the Uninstall List now and there was none for IE9 after it had installed -

I have Windows7 Mr Microsoft, so what about it - why don't it work like what everyone else is saying?????
