February brings love to the air in Azeroth. Players can take their chances pledging devotion. Will their love be returned, or will hearts be broken? Shattrath City is decorated with wreaths and heart-shaped garlands.
Orgrimmar really goes all out for Valentine’s Day with red lights and hearts galore. In order to engage in the seasonal quests, the character must travel to a major city other than Shattrath. Orgrimmar is a major seasonal area for the Horde.
Players can get special arrows from NPCs by giving love tokens. Shooting a seasonal arrow at another player will cause them to get a Kwee Q. Peddlefeet critter pet.
The Orgrimmar Innkeeper is your first stop when playing love’s games.
The Orgrimmar Barkeeper inside the inn uses seasonal decorations to keep his customers happy.

In order to see which NPCs are looking for love, a character must don perfume or cologne depending on gender. Once gussied up, hearts will appear over the heads of those who are “Looking for love”.
Talking to one of these NPCs offers the player a chance to give a love token. Will your love be returned, or will your heart be broken?
When you give a love token, your love may be returned in the form of a gift of adoration. Many seasonal items such as chocolates, friendship bracelets, and cards come as gifts of adoration.
If your love is not returned, you will become heartbroken for sixty minutes. This can be dispelled by a gift of a friendship bracelet from a friendly player.
Love is not the only thing in the air this time of year. The Lunar Festival in Moonglade also brings sparks to the atmosphere in the form of fireworks!
In Orgrimmar, the Lunar Festival emissaries are stationed outside Thrall’s chamber. A quest is available that will award a Lunar Festival Invitation — and a free port to Moonglade.
To get your Lunar Festival Invitation you will need to purchase fireworks from a nearby vendor and launch them from nearby firework and cluster launchers.
The Lunar Festival is a time to pay homage to the elders. Coins of Ancestry are awarded to those who take the time to honor the elders. These special coins can be used in Nighthaven in Moonglade to purchase special Lunar Festival items.
Use the Lunar Festival Invitation while standing in the moonlight by the emissaries and you will be ported to the festival.
Enjoy launching fireworks purchased from the festival vendors.
Each major city has revelers at the festival. Take some time to hang out and dance with them. Before you leave, follow the red lanterns to the flight master or head into the town of Nighthaven to cash in your Coins of Ancestry.
