Car designers and auto accessory makers are no strangers to the iPod. Now, Mitsubishi Motors is getting into the game with a car–unsurprisingly dubbed the “i”–that does away with the need for a separate, add-on mount for the Apple Computer music player. Instead, it offers a built-in dashboard slot for the iPod Nano. The minicar, somewhat bigger than the iPod Hi-Fi boom box, is on sale throughout Japan priced at 1.59 million yen ($14,000).
