    A team from Russia’s Saratov State University took top honors at this year’s ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest. Contestants had a limited time to solve problems including the design of a clock mechanism and setting up a fundraising scheme. The finals of the event took place this week in San Antonio, Texas.
