Christie's will be auctioning the Enterprise this way: "A model of the Starship Enterprise-A, made from a modified plastic hobby kit--22 inches by 11 inches by 6.5 inches--used in visual effects production for 'Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country' and in earlier Star Trek movies. Estimate: $15,000-$25,000."

CBS Paramount Television Studios is offering more than 1,000 lots including about 4,000 items for the auction. Christie's expects to raise about $3 million from the sale but says the "emotional fury" is hard to gauge.
