Portable Ubuntu

thanks painterman for your feedback, now its ok, i try 6 out of 10 major distro (size ~699 MB) none of it working fine with my modem, finally i try this one little live cd, call SLAX (190mb), wow! the setting for Huawei E220 are so easy, it automatically detect my modem, i dont know how SLAX make it, but it make my dream come true to get connected + do anything using LINUX as my main OS. I'm very happy! thanks again for anybody who give me feedback, you all are great, now i gotta move to another stage, learning the command, download the modules and lots more! BRAVO SLAX! MY first very fine LINUX distro!

We all know it's easier to read an article. There are some who need all the help/info they can find. I think open source is the way of the future but there are some who need reassurance that their puter will work just as well minus windows. Just chill and help be informative.

Screen shots are real snazzy, however they are not very informative, but how about an article with links etc.?

I have the same beef with video this and video that. Why would I want to watch some bonehead geek stutter his way through a presentation when an article would hold more information and be easier as well as faster to read? Not to mention I could actually save the article and pass it on to friends in need?
