  • JotSpot last week introduced JotSpot 2.0, an update to its hosted service that lets people choose what kind of shared document they want to create. The idea is to make wikis–shared Web pages–less “nerdy” and more accessible to end\r\nusers, according to JotSpot CEO Joe Kraus.

  • The application Trail Reviews, built using a hosted service from Ning, is a mash-up\r\napplication that allows people to submit their hiking trail recommendations and display them on Google Maps.
