SGN’s Skies of Glory: Battle for Britain app utilizes the graphics and the capabilities of the iPhone/iPod Touch, and Android devices. The graphics are rich, the adventure game is challenging, and the numerous modes add value. Up to eight users can play the game on a local network (Wi-Fi, 3G, or Bluetooth) that includes iPhones, iPods, iPads, and Android devices.
Skies of Glory sells for $6.99 USD on iTunes (it requires iPhone OS 3.0 or later) and $4.99 USD in the Android Market (it requires Android 2.0 OS and does not support the Hero or Eris).

Skies of Glory: Battle for Britain is a great game with enough options that make it enjoyable for numerous matches. It would be nice if it came with more than one plane available, but collecting planes is part of the fun. Make sure to take a moment to calibrate the game — it makes flying much easier. All in all, the app is worth the money.
