besides the really ugly defaults for the gui, they killed usability with un-needed bloat.
STRIKE ONE: Novell's Apparmour, not needed on GNU-Linux, since the malware is targeting windows.
SRIKE TWO: install an editor for website development, and be forced into installing apache, php and mysql, because some dumb **** thinks it's a good idea to bog systems down.
STRIKE THREE: virtualisation tools, [ xen specifically ] installed by default, even when the HARDWARE doesn't have the capacity to support it!!.
YOU ARE OUT!!!!

STRIKE FOUR: slow responsiveness, where simple tasks take longer than other distros from the bloat they put into it.
STRIKE FIVE: Novell claiming they can make legally binding agreements for people who they NEVER ASKED PERMISSION TO DO SO FROM.
STRIKE SIX: Including proprietary software by default. { Java is proprietary, and will be until Sum releases the sources of Their JVM/ JRE/ J2EE ... }
