Roving reporter Bonky, warrior in the Technologia Guild, took these pictures of a group of Alliance taking on the Scourge.
This battle took place in the Burning Steppes – never a place for the faint of heart.
After a few fits and starts, the Alliance seem to be holding their own. Like a good reporter, Bonky doesn’t interfere with the course of nature.
Oops! Bonky has taken the notorious Nogginfogger potion. He is now about 1/4 the size he is normally. But the Ogre coming at him doesn’t seem to care.
Smaller, but not less powerful.
Although, not the most powerful creature in the Burning Steppes by a long shot.
Here, Elkwinkarma meditates on his way to Stranglethorn Vale.
While not really an assassin, Elkwinkarma’s assignment is to clear these ancient ruins of Bloodscalp Troll headhunters.
With Dozark’s help, the headhunters have no defense.
Even in a driving rainstorm, Dozark, Elkwinkarma and their pets have their way with the Bloodscalp trolls.
A typical tropical area, the rain stops as soon as it starts in Stranglethorn Vale.
More medidation for Elkwinkarma. Dragons are on the agenda tonight.
Elkwinkarma teams with Keres and Bonky who are helping the Horde-friendly Ogres in Dustwallow Marsh with their “Dragon Problem.”
While many of the Dragonkin are out in the open, many more can be found in caves in the area. Note the scorched earth — these dragons can heat things up in a hurry.
Cave number one — time to investigate.
Even the group’s considerable collective power is not enough to challenge this Dragon. We prudently decide to keep our distance.
This cave looks promising. And indeed we find the lost items we were looking for. The Ogre leader should be pleased.

Having had past experience with their kind, Elkwinkarma took Dozark out to where the Naga congregate.
The mission was to retrieve a book of magic that the Naga had taken. This book had allowed the lowly Naga to learn magic — a dangerous proposition.
The Naga Guardian is released by Dozark.
The Guardian is engaged in battle.
The Guardian is defeated and the body looted to find the book in question. Another successful quest for Technologia.
