Put the thing in your mouth, hold in position like the old way, except this one has a wire going to a USB port. Software (from Kodak!) displays, enables zooming and image processing, etc., and the pics are in a patient database.

Much lower X-ray exposure as well.

Many art-pro photographers have their favorite cameras and these have interchangeable backs. Put in the shield, take off, place tri-X, remove shield, voile, monochrome art. Then replace the Agfa color back and continue, etc. Even we duffers have our beloved cameras which have no been rendered useless.

So such a product would be fantastic. And since it would have to use existing shutters and such so only the modeled film-type/speed/characteristics would be settable and would have to work with out the damned shutter-lag and focus tricks, it would make digital photography usable, finally. Next best thing after they took my kodachrome away!
