Finally, the true nature of the island is revealed: It's a giant turtle! (I know, you already knew that due to the press coverage but pretend you're a level 9 or so Pandaren.) The turtle, Shen-zin Su, tells you there is a thorn in its side that it cannot remove itself. What kind of a thorn would cause pain to a giant turtle?
