You may not know this, but the Android Nougat update brought with it a pretty handy feature for those that prefer their screen text and images to be smaller – thereby giving you more screen real estate – or larger – making it easier to see what’s on the display. The feature’s only requirement is Android 7.0, aka Nougat. Once your device has upgraded to the latest iteration of Android, you’re good to go, there’s nothing more to install. How do you work with this handy feature? Let me show you.

Open up Settings and then tap on Display. Scroll down and tap on Display size. In this new screen, drag the slider to left to shrink the display size or the right to enlarge it. They’ve even included a sample app so you can see how the resizing will affect both text and on-screen elements. Once you’ve found the perfect size, release and you’re done. Tap the Home button to return to your home screen and enjoy the customized display size.

Thanks to the Nougat update, your Android mobile experience is now even more customizable.
