0x0000000A (0x00000000,0x00000002,0x00000001,0x804DC11D

Hi
Running xp pro. Pc working ok until I installed Daemon Lite tools . When it was installed, I had to restart the pc and it instantly went to this message
“0x0000000A (0x00000000,0x00000002,0x00000001,0x804DC11D”
including the BSOD with it. Cannot access anything including the recovery console. It just runs down the time and then reaches zero and BSOD appears again.
I think it may be time for a re-format unless anyone has a good idea ??? (Please !!)
