1 WIN98 machine – 2 IP networks (static

I have a laptop running win 98. I need to connect to 2 different networks at 2 different times. 1 network assigns an IP address dynamically while the other network expects a static IP address. At the moment I am manually changing my network properties to accomodate both networks which is a pain. Is their any easier solution?
