2000 Server Printers Disappear

I’m running Windows 2000 Server with Citrix Metaframe installed for 2 remote branches to login. About once or twice a day all my printers in the printers folder on the server disappear. We get no errors anywhere and rebooting brings them all back. I have all the latest 2000 and Citrix service packs installed.
Any ideas?
