A2K DB Closes upon Filter By Form

DB setup: A2K, FE and BE. BE on Server, FE on desktops. 30ish users. NT environment.

Problem: When a user uses filter by form and hits the filter button. The DB closes on their machine.

I cant quite figure it out.
