About Citrix Server

Hi,

I have installed 3 citrix servers on WIndows 2000 and published different applications. Now to access these servers I have to use Citrix Management Console but I want to access these citrix servers from Web for ex. http://abc.citrix.com like this so that i can manage these servers from any location.
Can someone assist me or provide me any website name which helps to do this work.
Thanks and Regards.
Anurag.
