About Citrix

Hi,
I have published one application on Citrix Metaframe server.This application includes the XLA and XLL file that is Excel file but only one user can work on it.I changed the Multiple Instance option in Citrix but this does not solve the problem. How users can open multiple XLA or XLL file through Citrix.
