Latest fraud scam rapidly growing globally
This scam is not new but it is new to the global public and defrauding search engines to rank sites and income illegally.
There needs to be some form of global over seer to monitor copyright abuse. Endless site managers in the case of blogs dating agencies and similar, where basic profiles are made are then happily allowing this repeat persistent abuse by countless numbers of their customers take place persistently without any question.
They know full well at the end of the day they can simply remove the material and get away scot free from being penalised.
Why would they allow this so much you think, well mean while it certainly gets them endless extra publicity and procures fraudulent search engine links and ranking by allowing this persistent use of popular copyright material to continue, it certainly boosts web site popularity no end and increases the site owners and domain or host managers income multiple fold, sadly at the cost and loss of the genuine authors.
Some of these unnamed site owners I now have to email copyright notices too literally around the clock, there needs to be a very heavy fixed penalty for any site owner as domain manager too, reaching more than say ten notices sent to them in any one month and total permanent final site closure if this repeats more than three times in all in say a year, with extremely heavy penalties enforced on both site owners host and domain managers alike.
The domain and host masters put together a TOS (terms of service) as do some major site owners and endless countless customers do not even know they exist nor that they are meant to legally follow and adhere to any set form of guidelines or law?
I?ve been sending copyright notices out since 1986 and you would not believe how many poetry forum owners reply by saying it?s a public forum our members can post what they like. I have had four such replies in the last four weeks alone.
There is no such thing as a public poetry forum where copyright material is freely allowed to be blatantly abused. No one on any web site is allowed to take or display copyright material there is no law to say or legally grant any different in any country found across the globe.
This clearly reflects how many host and domain managers miserably fail to reflect to their customers the stipulations expected and the cans and cants of their TOS and the law itself.
To knowingly allow endless numbers of customers to display copyright material and simply remove it at the end of the day as requested is abuse of the law, all is done simply to solicit profit and gain via search engine popularity from extremely popular material.
When a host or domain manager is forced to deal with copyright abuse this MUST see immediate full closure of the offending blog or profile and not merely removal of the material.
In extreme cases where more than one notice is issued to a web site in one go this should see the immediate closure of that web site permanently.
When a notice of copyright has finally been complied with there should also be a link to a governing authority that then allows us to then submit this to one global overseer which alerts all other search engines and instructs final permanent global removal of that site from all global search engines. (Say when a set fixed number of cases of copyright abuse are reached).
As also with complaints about pornographic material etc too the same should apply globally.
This way the internet could perhaps be a far happier place for one and all.
I?ve a vast list of offenders collated since 1986. I?m not going to name and shame, but endless times I?m sorely tempted to post this on my web sites.
You?d be surprised who the main knowing offenders of this actually are.
The number of links reported clearly reflects the very real truth in what I say here as a very evident truth and actual reality.
Any global major Internet players and authority please give thought to this issue as it is a very real and serious evidential truth.
