I am using Win 98 v2 with Access 97 with SR1 patch. I have developed a report with one graph 97 chart object on it. There is not Link Master Fields and LinkChild Fields properities in the chart object. The Access report prints correct at home.When I send this program to someone else, who is using Win 2000, Access 97 with SR2, the graph charts don’t always display the correct results (I print a table show the same thing too just next to the graph). For example, their results may preview or print correctly for 2 or 3 times, and the next time the results are not correct on the graphs.
I am aware of a know problem with “Acc97: Graph 98 Chart Object Does Not Update Display Correctly” from Article ID: Q165836 of the knowledge base from Microsoft. I have not Link fields in the graph.
Do you have any suggestions on how I can get it to give consistent results
