Access 2000 Date & Time Format

I’m trying to run a report on employees birthday by month. Everytime I’m prompted for month and I hit “1” for january, I get all the Januarys Plus septemeber and october (10 & 11). It only does this with January and no other months. I have triedchanging the month to 01 in the table in which it pulls the data from. Any suggestions?? This is Access 2000 running a report
