Access 2007 output file

Currently we are using Access 2007 to run multiple macros. In a few reports we have to have the report show as print previes and print to a pdf printer to save to a location with a certain name ex: test0419 (0419 is yesterdays date) I would like to set it up so it can save to a location without having to manually do it. So far i have found the outputto action to work except for the date format to automatically change. Any thoughts would be rewarded. Thanks
