Access 2K Database LOCKED DOWN – HELP

I have a Access 2K database running on a Novell Network that is now locked up.. No one can get in.. We suffered a power outage and all clients got shut down hard… The server was fine and was shut down properly. Server has been restarted three times – file will not unlock, it claims to be in use by one user….

How can I use a command line to gain access to the database or “unlock” it or get the user from owning it ?????

HELP – need to fix this Sunday.. I will gladly give up 5000 points for the correct answer!!!!!!
