Access 97 Dates

I have a date field on my form called Termination Date. I have the input mask set up for MM/DD/YYYY for easy data entry.

Now I am trying to export a Report to another system. Those people MUST have the date in
YYYYMMDD format with NO SEPERATORS.

How can I format the date in my report to YYYYMMDD with NO SEPERATORS????

Your help is greatly appreciated!!!!
