Access 97 Reports

I am trying to create a report using data from two different tables. These tables are related by a one-to-many relationship. The report i created uses a subreport, one record of data on the report to many records on the subreport. This works fineexcept when there are no related records on the subreport, then a large blank space is printed in the space of the subreport. How can i eliminate this problem? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
