Access a WinNT4 PDC on another Domain

I have installed a new server on a network and created a new domain (Administration), it is running Win2K as an Active Directory Server. I need to copy data from the old server which a NT4 PDC and is on its on Domain (Admin). The problem I have is that both server can ping each and other but can not brows each and other. E.G if I go \\192.168.1.2\ share name\ I get a responce saying that it doesnt exsit. I need to be able to have these two machines talk to one and other. Is this a trust relationship issue.
