Access: Novice Question

Hey all,

I’m looking to become an Access database developer and currently I’ve only rudimentary skills with Microsoft Access 2003; creating forms, reports, queries, stuff like that. I understand that a solid understanding of VBA and Macros programming can really make this application take off. Problem is though I know next to nothing about programming in those languages.

Can someone point me to a good book, website or training application that starts from the ground up in these areas? TIA!
