Access Table Corrupted

I have one record within an Access Table that has become corrupted. I can’t do anything with it. Have tried to delete it but get a “The search key was not found in any record.” When I reach a bad field, I get a “Microsoft Access has encountered a problem and needs to close.” error. Same thing if I try to export to a text file–I thought if it could export the file I could manually delete the record and then reimport. Does anyone have an idea of how I can get rid of the corrupted record?
