Access to network resources

Hello,

I have a couple of users that need admin access to all of our network resources when they are here in the office but they are not members of our domain. How can I go about giving them access without joining them to the domain? I have been researching trust relationships between domains but does this apply to their local PC name/domain if they are not a member of one?
