Accessing MAC desktop from Win2000 PC

We have a web based ASP application. We have some issues for MAC.

We have MAC OS X Version: 10.2.6 We want to have some remote administration utility on MAC which allows us to view MAC desktop from Windows PC clients. We want to run our application on IE for MAC using that remote administration utility. The MAC is in Head office & we are a corporate branch office. We want to view the working & issues by remote administration like thing. (like in windows we have Terminal, PCA, VNC etc)
