Accessing Oracle Databases from Offshore.

We have to provide the PORT numbers of our system placed in offshore office (IP Addresses) to access Oracle instances from (xxxx). It is understood from Network Admin that we have Dynamic IP Address from ISP where we cannot have any dedicated IP for each system, as such we have to give Client team with the range of IP addresses.
