Everything is so complicated and fancy. I need program for small office. Need general ledger & don’t know if these programs (Microsoft type) allow payroll deductions (liabilities)from the checkbook or if you need separate payroll system. I understand plain old assets, liab., rev., & expenses. Only find info showing elaborate pies, graphs, etc. As you can tell this is all very new to me.
