acer al1702 lcd display

I have 2 acer lcd monirors that goe blank almost imeaditly after start up . The power lead remains green . If I disconnect and reconnect the input cable the screen flashes on and goes blank . This also occurs when I enter the bios set mode so it is not a driver problem . I have tried different computers . It appears to be some kind o0f refresh problem .
