Acer laptop wont start up

Please can anyone help. I have an acer aspire 3000 and it won’t start up.. When I switch it on it goes to a black screen that gives you options to start windows normally or safe mode etc. But I have tried everything and it wont start in safe mode normal or any other options. It starts to bleep when i press any keys on the keyboard and does nothing. Can anyone help please??? Its windows xp
