Acer V3-771G doesn’t starts. Just Network LEDs when try to power on.

hello,

I have a problem with an Acer V3 771G does not start at all (only the lights from network connector ). I tried all the variations from the internet and nothing works (hard reset . .). When I put the battery and try to turn it on network connector lights light up, when I try with power cable same problem. I was with him at two repair shops (not an Acer service because their running program is very strange) and I received two versions: – notebook fails to start if the power cord is inserted and starts only on battery
– Micro switch which manages if the battery is full and go directly to the power cord is damaged.
I measured the battery and it still has 2-3 V power that could give him the impuls to start and after placing the power cord it function normally. After I took it out from service, I remained twice without battery, I warmed it a bit on the radiator and I managed to turn on the notebook.

Sorry for bad English.

Any idea?
