It was not always this way, but I have changed email clients and perhaps virus software. I view emails online with go daddy. When they are downloaded and viewed in Act 2000, the body of the text is converted to a .txt file and present only as an attachment.
The body of the email when viewed in ACT is something like:
No virus found in this incoming message.
Checked by AVG Free Edition.
Version: 7.5.484 / Virus Database: 269.12.6/971 – Release Date: 8/24/2007 2:59 PM
It may be the case that this is only happening with RTF and HTML emails.
Then when I attempt to save the email by linking it to the contact, the attachment is not saved.
It also makes it extremely difficult to try to remember what the email said when I have to read through all the HTML to find the original message!
Any thoughts?
