Activating my IR port (win98)

I am trying to enable my IR port on my NEC Versa Note running WIN98. When trying to install it keep asking me this file irmonhlp.exe which is nowhere to be found in the WIN98 CD or the driver s/w disk. Any clue where can I get this file?
