Active Directory Roaming profile problem

Is there a way to set different a home directory into a different site.ie.
\\server\users\marc then when I am at another site using my roaming profile when I log in my home directory would be set to \\server1\users\marc.
In AD under profile tab I have a for profile path \\server\users\marc\profile
and also have a login bat file.
Home folder is set to connect Z: to \\server\users\marc.
The problem lies when I log into another site it is very slow by using \\server so I would like to use \\server1 instead. can this be made automatic. I have kept my profile directory small but it is slow. Our network is also replicated every night.
