Ad-Aware???

Have AOL and did have IE for a browser. Am getting an IE screen that pops up “http://www.specialgoods.info”…everything from casino gambling to credit cards…you name it.Switched to Mozilla..same thing. Habve ran HJT, virus/trojan scans,ad-aware…everything. Went into safe mode to do an ad-aware scan and guess what…this “browser” window pops up. Not even connected to the internet. This is not a legitimate pop up. Where do I go to rid this “sleezeware”? Thanks.
