Add fields to MS Access Database automatically

I have a folder in which CSV File generates each and every time we press a button in our ERP Application. This CSV has 8 fields seperated by commas. I want this data to be written on an MS Access Database automatically whenever the CSV File is created. Is it possible? Please help!
