Add WIM index to install.WIM

Hello,

I did a sysprep of an full updated Windows 7 OS AIO X64 with an unattend.XML.
This has been completed succesfully but i can’t see the 4 windows versions anymore.
I have only 1 version available (index 2 HOMEPREMIUM). By creating the unattend.xml i was forced to choose a CFG file.
The ei.CFG was already deleted before.
Anybody knows how i can get ride of this “index” issue?
