Adding Public Calendar to My Calendars in Outlook 2003

I have a meeting room calendar that is shared and is listed under the public folders. I have users that want to have it listed with their calendars. If I copy the calendar, it won’t update. How can I add the public calendar to a users My Calendars? We are running Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.
