Adding Win2K server to NT network

We are testing some beta software that requires a Win2K server in “native” mode. We have an existing NT network with PDC and several BDC’s. Is it possible to set the Win2K server up with its own “Tree” (Domain) and set up a one way trust to the NTdomain so that users authenticated through the PDC can access the Win2K server and its database?

Additionally, what tricks and traps should I expect when trying this configuration (assuming it can be done)?
